This fou week program is designed to teach you the basics of weight training - resulting in fat loss and muscle growth by the end of the program. This program covers full body strength training and cardio recommendations.  


Program is four days a week of strength training - two upper body and two lower body days. Cardio is recommended 5-6 dafor best results. 

Program is accessed via TRAINERIZE APP (IOS + ANDROID)
